If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Only acceptable for unwrap, unused, and in the original packaging item(s).Email us at order@168pc.net and ask for returning instruction. We will send you a detail instruction on how to return the item.
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the fulfillment centers. Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of the receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. When a packaged is returned to 168PC.net because the carrier is not able to make delivery due to action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will refund your credit card less shipping charges and the item(s) will be returned immediately to inventory. You may need to purchase the item(s) again. If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an error on our part or on the part of our carrier, please emails us at service@168pc.net to arrange a refund of shipping and return fees.

Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. Software and Accessories is handled by the manufacturer. Computer hardware has 30 days warranty. We offer warranty for our custom computers built by 168 computer LLC.

26.What is the status of my RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)? When will a replacement be sent?
Once we have received your returned item in our warehouse it normally takes between 7 to 10 business days to process the RMA. If you return is tested and found to be in working order, we will return the item to you. If the return tests as defective we will send a replacement from our warehouse. If we do not have a replacement or a suitable alternative to fulfill the RMA, we will notify you that your RMA has been changed to an in-house credit. To apply an In House Credit, log in to your account, locate the green “Apply In-House Credit” field (found at the bottom of the address verification page just after you log in with your Email address and password) and enter one of the following: Credit Memo number, Order number, RMA number, Customer ID number. Your customer ID and Account Number are located in the top right hand corner of the Order that you received with your order. A credit Memo or RMA number would have been issued by a Customer Service or Technical Support Representative.

Certain motherboards, main boards, circuit boards and accessories may contain lead solder. Lead is a chemical that may harmful to human. Due to the harmful chemical materials, please wash hands after handing such internal components and avoid inhalation of fumes if heating solder
